“Our home flooded in January and Servicexperts completed the mitigation and renovation. Coming home to a flooded house in the middle of a snowstorm with a 3 year old and a 5 month old was less than ideal, but Randy and his team made it virtually painless. They were there within an hour of placing the call and began demo and cleanup immediately. Randy was calm throughout it all and kept us informed. He was very knowledgeable about water damage and mold, and he ensured there was absolutely nothing missed. The renovation came out BEAUTIFUL. Our home is a fixer-upper as it is and Randy went above and beyond to make it truly lovely. There were some side jobs unrelated to the flood that we asked Randy to complete which he did without issue - and very affordably at that! He sent us photos via text daily so we could follow the progress. The team steam-cleaned the carpets, washed everything down, and moved all of our belongings back in before we moved back in.
