“We are so pleased with Roto Rooter. Pete has had to come to our rescue twice now because of a failed sewer line. The line is less than two years old and we've had two back ups because it sunk, creating a belly. (Job was originally done by another contractor, not Roto Rooter.) In dealing with this malarkey, we needed a video scope and Pete has now made two videos, complete with narration, explaining the issue. He's polite, efficient, and has a great memory. We also give a shout out to Miranda in the office.
