“Have been there a few times now and it is a great place! It is very spacious and everyone is so pleasant. They play nice music and I never have to wait. I even brought my young son to get a haircut and he had a great time! Parking lot is a little tight at times but there is more parking behind the building.“

“I colored my hair at home with a new-to-me product, supposedly medium brown with maple highlights, that left my graying hair almost black with deep wine-red highlights. Not at all what I expected or wanted! I needed help fast to get my hair back to its usual color. I called Preference Salon and was booked for an appointment that same week with Barbara. Barbara immediately texted me and asked for more specifics about what I had used and experienced. She asked for pictures of my hair. When I got to the appointment, she examined my hair and gave me two options for fixing the color. I asked her to choose for me because I'm not experienced in knowing what is best for my hair. Then she took the offending color out of my hair - it took two applications to get the color out. Then she showed me choices for a new color and mixed up a combination of two colors. The results were PERFECT!! I haven't been this pleased with my hair for years. At all times, I was treated as a valuable friend, not just a casual customer. I felt welcomed and appreciated by everyone at Preference Salon - a great experience! The price was quite reasonable for the almost 2 hours of work it took to correct my mistake.
