“Friendly staff and a clean facility. Try to make it there 2-3x a week. When I go there is generally not a wait for what I do. Dont use the cardio equipment often but when I do everything seems maintenanced well.“

“I’m not new to lifetime and have been going for years in a different state. I’m completely sold on the model. As for this specific location I think a rating of 4 which is where it currently stands is fair. It’s a lovely gym with great staff. Kid club is absolutely amazing and I feel safe leaving my kids there. Equipment is great and classes are nearly perfect. At the same time, the gym seems to lag in maintenance. The water pressure is very low in women’s locker room showers. This is a constant issue. Several times I used the showers and the water just won’t get hot even with shower knob turned all the way to hot. It is lukewarm. Several changing room doors in the women’s locker rooms are sagging and therefore don’t shut properly. My kids like to push exit buttons on front doors for me since I usually walk with a baby or a stroller and those buttons were broken a couple of times. I stopped showering there which is inconvenient. Studio 1 is always super hot and there is no air circulation either (not a single fan). Prepare to be extra hot and humid.“
“Had a fantastic experience doing PT here for the last 4 months! Addie did a great job of communicating diagnosis and treatment and adapting that treatment when I reinjured my knee and when we had a plateau in progress. All of the staff I interacted with were super friendly and I honestly had way more fun going through PT than I ever expected.“
