Just brought my dog, Sylvester, here for the first time today! He is a rescue and has struggled with getting groomed in the past, but everyone here was so gentle and sweet with him! Jo did a fantastic job with not only the grooming portion but also with easing Sylvester’s nerves. He had such a wonderful grooming experience and we will absolutely be returning clients!
Bear is a new client at Audrey's. Bailey was his groomer and she listened to my suggestions and followed them to a tee. He looks absolutely adorable like a shih tzu should. Thanks again Bailey, see you Next Year ?
I called here expecting to be told they couldn't get my dog in since I had waited an hour and a half at the last place we went to before finally leaving. Originally I just needed my dog, Charley's nails trimmed. But when I asked about getting him a bath the groomer said sure she just needed to finish one other pet. So we waited about 5 minutes a day they were taking my dog back. I had to run to the ATM just down the road. But by the time i made it back they already had Charley's bath taken care of!!! Such nice groomers!! Thank you so much.for making sure I had a good experience after the horrible one I first had that morning!! Thank you!!!
