The Gentleman who helped organize my late mother's funeral and visitation was superb, he went above and beyond for my family. He was sympathetic, resourceful, patient and generous. I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone there was kind, they gave us our space, and were supportive when needed. The visitation was beautiful. They worked with us on our need for a short time frame. They made a very difficult process manageable.

World class service run by incredible people that lead with sympathy, integrity & compassion!A few weeks ago my family experienced a horrible tragedy when loosing both of my infant nephews; McKinley & Myles. I had flown into Omaha when we were told McKinley wasn’t going to make it. We made arrangements with Mr. Cutler the day before Thanksgiving for services to be held the day after the holiday. It was with great sorrow that we learned Myles too wouldn’t make it through the holiday so I had to postpone the original service. This is a business that nobody *wants* to do business with but since death is a part of life, it's necessary. When there was a big loss in my family this fall, my sisters and I worked with Bill Cutler, Sr. to make the needed arrangements. He was patient, kind, sympathetic, and explained all of our options. The family chooses the details but they make sure it happens from prayer cards, to the program, catering, etc. We had our luncheon following the service there on the property so no one had to leave to drive somewhere else. A nice feature is that memorial services are broadcast livestream so family overseas were able to witness the service in real time. The link is live...read full review
