Appreciated that Nick didn’t pressure me into something that my husband didn’t want. We went with a simple cremation and he still treated my daughter and I the same as if we were planning a huge funeral. Didn’t rush us or try to upsell us.It made us feel valued as customers.

I have to say from start to finish these guys are the best in the business during bad times I would highly recommend using their services they give you plenty of time for the viewing, and are very well organized also want to give the escort services were phenomenal? There was a lot of inconsiderate people trying to push their way into the line and around and they did not allow that. kudos to there expert escort services very happy with everything and it turned out better than expected. Thank you guys and keep on doing a great job.

Absolute professionalism and genuine compassion from Robert and the entire Good Shepherd team. Incredible support for our family during a difficult time, and EVERYTHING we wanted, down to a live bugler at the National Cemetery, Patriot Guard motorcycle riders, and a super unique hearse for Dad.
