My trainer, Michelle is very patient, goes into detail of each exercise, she make sure I understand each exercise.. I feel with Michelle, I'm going to meet all my goals that I have set forward....

I've been with many trainers in my time - since I was 23. Michelle is at the top of the list. She knows what muscles to engage without macho force calling on mindfulness, being present. Always something new I haven't tried before. Right there with me - not spaced out dreaming of somewhere else. She has experience and understands aging.
