“We used Dynasty Restoration for both of our storm damage claims in the last 2 years and very happy with work they did. JR walked us thru the insurance claim process and met with the adjuster ensuring everything that was damaged was covered, repaired properly or replaced. This was our first insurance claim, so I was new to the process, which was difficult to navigate with my insurance company. JR was patient and did an excellent job explaining how the claim process worked. There were several things that I would have skipped over that my insurance adjuster did not mention that JR had found that were repaired / replaced and fully covered by insurance. A very reasonable quote, they use a great project management app that shows you exactly where the project is at/when it's expected to be finished, all of their employees/contractors were great and did an excellent job, and we love our bathroom.

As with every project, there were some hiccups, and they were clear and upfront about what was going on, and what they would do about it, and how much it would cost.

They even went above and beyond and fixed some other issues not directly related to the bathroom remodel project.
