There was evidence of water in the basement through parts of the concrete wall so work need to be done around the foundation. After two torrential rains there was no sign of water in the basement. “We hired Shamrock Waterproofing to address two water problems we were having: an exterior basement wall leak, and also a leak where our tile roof meets the chimney. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our problems. He then gave us an estimate we were happy with and scheduled someone to come out to do the work. Rick redirected a gutter that was causing the basement leak (even painting the gutter it to match!) Then, he found the two holes causing our roof/chimney problem. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and then did an excellent repair with concrete, black jack and mesh. Then after everything was done--he fixed an additional leak that he found on the tile roof of our sun porch! It is so refreshing to find someone who addresses a home repair problem completely, efficiently and very reasonably. We will definitely refer this company to our friends!“

We started planning for our small Kitchen Pantry (4'X5') and I found some ideas online.Melanie worked with us to incorporate what we wanted (corner lazy-Susan, roll-out cabinet for our Air Fryer, wine rack and cookie-sheet divider) into the overall design. Turned out Awesome!Hard to get a good picture in such a tight space but hopefully it conveys how much we can store (especially considering the small floor space).“

“Greg and his team were excellent! I had gotten a few bids to completely gut our master shower and replace it all with a higher end shower kit. I was starting to feel a bit lost because the bids were coming in well over what I thought was fair. After reaching out to G&K my hopes were restored as he was able offer way more for less than the other companies. Instead of a shower kit Greg helped us choose everything from the wall and floor tile, metal trim, fixtures and door, so we really got to customize everything to our taste... and it was less than the other guys offering a glorified big box store shower kit. Once our old shower was demo'd out we found a few issues that needed to be fixed, it seemed the previous home owner or previous contractor had cut a few corners... Greg and his team communicated these issues very well and I never once felt like the wool was being pulled over my eyes. Even with these additional repairs, in the end the shower still came in very close to the original estimate and feel like I got an amazing value. I know I got way more for my money with G&K than I would have with the other 2 contractors I received bids from. I will definitely use G&K again if I need other work done in the future.“
