Called Jerry’s Waterproofing to diagnose moisture issue in basement. The contact person, Mark D*****, arrived for appointment on time, performed a thorough inspection, listened to my concerns, and gave advice - no charge. Instead of diagnosing a foundation issue, or any other major repair, Mark advised the issue was vapor coming up through the cement floor (poured) in the basement. The moisture was collecting under the very air tight vinyl plank flooring installed right on the concrete. He advised purchase of a commercial grade dehumidifier to dry up the basement and keep it as dry as possible. I appreciate the insight of Mark D*****. We had some water leaking into our basement in our home that we had just purchased the year prior. I first called out thrasher who wanted to install a sump pump system totaling about $6500. Then called out Jerry’s for another quote. The gentleman that came asked if we had a downspout on a particular corner of our home. We did. He said it needed extended and a cheap fix would be the gutter extenders from a home supply store. Boom! Problem solved. We greatly appreciate the honesty of this company and will definitely take our business here if ever needed.Service: Waterproofing
