Im beyond grateful! I called feeling overwhelmed. After what was a drip from a pipe turned into constant leaking within hours while I was at work. My daughter called me I came home to my daughter's carpet being soaked halfway into her room, and my laundry room floor wet with moisture up the wall. Although they don't do 24-hour calls. I was blessed and called at the right time. Jordan who is the son 3rd generation plumber was gracious enough to come out at 10pm. He replaced the busted washer and tightened everything up. We're back in action. $200 after hour service i was happy to pay with peace of mind. He was very nice and knew exactly what to do. I will be keeping them...read full review

I felt the technician was fair and honest with me. We were concerned a pipe may have burst. but based on the location of the water coming in it did some likely it was a crack in the foundation.He was transparent that he couldn't confirm anything without taking a look. He did have to cut a couple holes in the wall, which maybe could have been a little smaller, but after taking a look he confirmed it was the crack in the foundation.This was a pretty quick job, so I definitely appreciated that he cut us a deal.After he left, we did find a shutoff that would have been helpful to have discussed. I am incredibly happy with Brooke Peters Plumbing! They came out last week to fix what I thought would be a big problem. They solved the issue quickly and without cleaning out my bank account. Very reasonable!!!Service: Drain cleaning
