My wife saw previous reviews, which made us contact them. Other companies were 4-5 days out from service, but American Rooter was able to get to us within a couple of hours.They are really focused on customer services. Communication wqs great and they answered all my questions. Completely satisfied
My mother had a blocked drain in her basement and waited all morning to hear back from the first plumber she called. Then she called this company and they arrived promptly, they were able to fix her problem in a few minutes. She said Pat was friendly, clean and helpful. She was very impressed with the service she received.
Garrett and his teammate were consummate professionals on a blisteringly frigid day. Not only did they listen patiently to the plumbing issues I thought I had, they also made suggestions for improvements. They were polite, personable, and completely engaged in their work. They deserve a steak!
