I would recommend Big Kent’s Strength & Fitness to anyone and everyone no matter your fitness level! When I first walked into this gym, I was at my heaviest and was the most unhealthy I had ever been. Kent met me where I was at and came up with a fitness program and nutrition plan that was specific to my goals. But this gym is so much more than that.
