He also determined that no mold was present in the basement (much to our relief). So often I am concerned that a lot of companies are out for all the money they can take from people, especially first time homeowners with little to no experience. I really appreciate not only thier timeliness with scheduling the inspection and cleaning, but the honesty of telling us we did not need any mold remediation rather than trying to charge us an astronomical amount to fix a problem that wasn't there. The inspection was free and the duct cleaning was very fair priced for the quality of work and how many vents we have.
