Heat went out. I have the SOS maintenance plan. I received a prompt reply to my voicemail and Vincent was at my house at 7:50am. He found the issue and it was fixed very quickly. He did a great job. I have been with SOS over 7 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new furnace and heat pump. Alex and Steve obviously take pride in doing their work well. They were also careful to clean up any messes, and were friendly and personable. We would recommend them highly.

Our air conditioner unit went out late at night during a heatwave this summer. I called in the morning when SOS opened and they had our AC back up and running by lunchtime! Serviceman was courteous and helpful in explaining everything. Appreciated the prompt & affordable service in getting our home cooled down!
