“2/5 stars We didn't have a good experience, despite being recommended by a neighbor. Its disappointing , I think they may have been good once, but have become overstretched and therefore a lower quality of work and service? I wouldn't recommend. Pros: Alex was great during the estimate and purchase phase. Very attentive and I liked the e-documents, estimates ECT. Nice showroom and options. Could start relatively soon vs others who were estimating months away. Some of the work was done very well, like around the stairs. Crew was friendly. Cons: Still some floor gaps, despite Alex coming back out. Became unresponsive towards the end and when things needed fixed. The product itself does not live up to the price we paid or the "top of the line" quality that was sold to us. Scratches easily. Just not great work (other than the stairs landing area, which was done nice.). You can see where short cuts were taken. Several pencil marks that will not come off. The crew broke the screen door and when I pointed it out, they fixed it but it's still wonky. The crew used one of our nice, long extension cords. We saw, but didn't mind because maybe they needed it for the job? It disappeared after that and we never saw it again. It was an $80 extension cord. Several cigarettes left in the yard, on our street.“
