2/5 stars We didn't have a good experience, despite being recommended by a neighbor. Its disappointing , I think they may have been good once, but have become overstretched and therefore a lower quality of work and service? I wouldn't recommend. Pros: Alex was great during the estimate and purchase phase. Very attentive and I liked the e-documents, estimates ECT. Nice showroom and options. Could start relatively soon vs others who were estimating months away. Some of the work was done very well, like around the stairs. Crew was friendly. Cons: Still some floor gaps, despite Alex coming back out. Became unresponsive towards the end and when things needed fixed....read full review

Overall my hardwood floors look beautiful after they stained and refinished. We did have some miscommunications and misunderstandings each day, but they were always willing to make things right. There were a few details missed- the quarter round, transition strip, and new wood added have some gaps and one of the floor holes wasn't filled in. Also, I confirmed that they could match the original color but it came out looking much different. Overall a beautiful job well done, just some of the small details and communication weren't top notch.

I'm very sad to say that my review is not based on a beautiful job done nor a bad job done. It is based solely on the fact that the person came to my home as promised and failed to present a bid for a large job that involved refinishing and existing for with minimal repair and a new install room. He was professional and informative in every way with the exception of delivering a bid as promised. In located in Papillion in Hickory Estates and am located 7/10ths of a mile from their location. I'm dumbfounded as to why no follow-up or follow-through. Perhaps they are too busy. I wish I knew.
