Then, even though they are busy with SO many water damage calls, Adrian called me back within 20 minutes to schedule a house call. He came the next day and was very thorough in his assessment. He checked our whole basement for moisture even though the leak was only in one room. (He also killed a spider for my daughter!) Again, he took the time to explain things to me and made sure nothing was going to be damaged by the water.

My home carpet cleaner results on the left, K&S results on the right of the comparison pic. I ended up having to redo the whole house due to the worthless job that K&S did.“
