The team has been great. They were professional, did a great job removing flooring and working with me with our insurance claim. I appreciate the whole teams help during this process. I do want to give a special shout out to: Cody Westmiller for his care and help to make sure we were well taken care of: Matt (team lead- Can't remember last name) for visiting to check on the fans and project: Corey Nelson for answering all my questions on the estimate and for explaining things well. Mike and Chris did an amazing job. They came out and looked over my basement after a failed pipe had gotten my floors wet. I had a sump failure and wanted a company to cone and see if there was any remaining moisture or damage. I had been on a waiting list with another company for quite awhile when I learned about Serv Pro. They were able to come out within a week at a time that was convenient for me.
