Grand Master Jim is an excellent teacher who focuses on personal improvement as well as martial arts. He knows each of his students by name, knows their characteristics, and adapts his teaching style to meet their needs.There are mutiple classes available. Three classes daily for children 4 times a week and an adaptive children's class twice a week. The adult class is open to adults and older youth where we work on strengthening our bodies, learning self defense techniques, and even play games. My son was going through a very hard time last year when school was online because of covid. Taekwondo with Master Jim has been the best medicine. I highly recommend red river traditional. I believe it takes a village to raise a child and Master Jim and his instructors set a great example on how to live in and out of class.

Jim is an exemplary role model for kids of all ages. He is fair, respectful, and encouraging. Not only is he teaching the Art of Taekwondo, but he is also building confidence and self-esteem. He is truly passionate about his career and takes the time to ensure each person, down to the littlest of littles, is learning and having a bit of fun.
