World class training and instruction with focus on mind, body and spirit. The unique instruction and material provided are truly second to none and won't be found anywhere else in the area, let alone the country. The personal training program includes Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, boxing, kickboxing, cardio and kettlebell training. I am undoubtedly in the best shape of my life due to this program with a resting heart rate of 43 and having completed the Navy SEAL obstacle course in Stage 1 qualifying for BUD/S trainees. This is a great place to train for people of all skill levels and abilities. I couldn't recommend it more as a gym.
