I was concerned it started like other leaks and was hidden until it has become louder. Paul said they would see what they could do to get by here and help use prevent damage to our floors recently installed due to a different leak. Andrew came out, opened our wall and started trouble shooting our problems. He super respectful of our damaged paint and wall, communicated and reassured us it was going to get repaired today.
