Jay and Jaden were both super helpful and friendly to both me and my pets. They were very accommodating and even went above and beyond. When they realized too much air was blowing out of the vents they called their manager to come and help make adjustments. It’s so good to finally have heat!
Your technicians were on time, in uniform, very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen and understand the mission is to keep my 84 year old Father his dog Scooter and his Granddaughter safe in a 60+ year old house that has been experiencing some electrical issues.They recommended a workable and affordable solution.I would highly recommend Salt Air for any electrical issues.
Cody was wonderful to work with. Very professional and friendly. He was very thorough in his explanation on how the bathroom vent will need to be installed and why. Also, I have multiple electrical work that need to be fixed. Cody is getting an electrician set up to review the jobs and give quotes. I signed up for the Home Comfort Club Gold Membership. I am having my dryer vent cleaned, which is included in the membership! All of this because I am a new homeowner. I want to make sure everything is in tip-top shape.
