I have only recently been having some minor issues with my doctor there because I couldn't understand why she wouldn't prescribe me a nausea medicine, but after investigating on my own I now understand why. I even considered going to a different practice because sometimes I feel like I would like to have a Dr. Ongoing instead of a new one every year or so.
