I have been going to this medic for a long time, and in the past, the staff and providers have not been the nicest, but I have to say..over the past year or two they have been amazing!!! My visit on Thursday was the best experience I’ve ever had going to a doctors office. Michelle and the support staff were amazing and fun and very helpful. Highly recommend this place.!

Exceptional Care and CompassionI visited Medac Urgent Care - Murrayville recently for an allergic reaction, and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Despite being super busy and close to closing time, they promptly attended to me. Not only did they address my medical needs, but they also brightened my day with their kindness.Little did they know the weight I carried that week: a biopsy on a breast mass, returning to work after a two-week hiatus due to biopsy complications, my teenage daughter’s mental health struggles, and my sober mother’s relapse. Their online check in system made it so easy to get seen quickly. Also both the PA and the nurse were so kind to me and kept me updated the entire time while going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. I felt truly taken care of, the PA even sat on the phone updating my dad who was worried. Overall great people.
