They were phenomenal with my 6 year old son. It was quick to get in, the nurse continuously checked in on us while we were waiting for the rapids to come back (she was so sweet). We were new to the area so the DR was able to get us sent to a pharmacy nearby that was open later. Even picking up the script was easy. I will definitely come to this urgent care again.

Check in was fast as was time to see the nurse . Wait for Dr was about 15 minutes which I found quite acceptable. Dr. Was thorough and explained everything so I could understand. I feel lucky that we have this facility in Porters Neck.

Front desk staff was super nice and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long at all. Got us in, did the tests, were super sweet to my boys, got the scripts we needed called in and got us out the door. Will definitely come back here if needed.

Medac Urgent Care has been serving the Porter's Neck Community since 2005. We are located at 8115 Market Street, near Wal Mart in Bayshore Commons. Our center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Feel free to walk in, no appointment is necessary, but we do recommend Saving Your Spot Online and E-Registering to reduce time in the waiting room.
