He was trained by World Kickboxing Champion Joe Lewis, who was twice voted the Greatest Karate Fighter of all time, and holds black belts from Joe Lewis, Chuck Norris, and Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, to name a few. Although trained by the best, he is a down to earth teacher, very personable, and willing to take the time to teach each student at their own level of learning to bring out their best.
