“I asked Huff's to inspect my roof for possible storm damage. John arrived at the time he had stated, inspected the roof, recommended I file an insurance claim, and when the claim was approved, I engaged Huff's to replace the roof. The work was done in one day as estimated, the workers were obviously a "team" and they communicated and worked well with each other. They used tarp to protect my painted patio, shrubbery, grass, etc., to prevent damage, and after the installation used a magnet to secure any stray nails, etc. John Huff was on the site while the work was being done, and kept me informed throughout the day. He is an honest man, helped me navigate through the insurance claim procedure, and has a good reputation with the HOA in our subdivision.Service: Roof installation“

“After the heavy rain yesterday, our son told us this morning that he noticed a wet spot mark on his bedroom ceiling. We called Michael as he'd repaired a bathroom vent flashing leakage issue for us 3 weeks after we purchased our home in 2020 and again in September 2023 when we had a leakage issue. Each time his service was very quick and efficient.
After our call this morning, he came out about an hour later and fixed the issue around the gas heater vent. With all the rain in the forecast, we were worried we'd have to wait for scheduling. They even got the company to agree to pay for internal damage to the house (spots on ceilings, leaks, etc.) due to the problems with our previous roof. When the paperwork arrived confirming approval of our claim, Raffi and Bella carefully took us through the documents explaining what everything meant, including all the unfamiliar jargon, so that we would understand the process and were reassured that the insurance company would pay (which they did without any hassles or delays). From the first to last step of the process Raffi and Bella took care of all of the details, planning and execution. They filed the claim on our behalf, served as contact point for the insurance company, including dealing directly with the adjusters, arranged for the crew and clean-up, and followed up to ensure that the work met their high standards. The crew Raffi and Bella sent was highly professional and got the job done in one day, including complete clean-up of the surroundings once the job was completed. We are delighted with our new roof and are already receiving compliments on it (including one from a real estate agent)!
