“This is the second time I requested service from this company (1. water tank replacement and 2. sump pump replacement) and they are consistently great. Ali Raza showed up earlier (as requested) on Saturday long weekend morning, went above and beyond in making everything right meticulously. A bolt on the cover was not coming off and I asked him to break it after it is taking a while but Ali wanted to do the right thing and took it out with utmost skill and patience. He chose the best US brand sump motor I wanted (without asking), and give a reasonable price than another company. He also fixed the original flawed installation in place. This company has the best people in it.“

“I called at 8 in the morning and the crew was there two hours later. My pump had burned out. They replaced it with a high quality pump and were finished by noon. I was very happy with their work.
The only thing that could have been better was they spliced the wires halfway up the well. The splice was not do with the proper splice kit but with tape.
I would still recommend them for repairs.“
