I know I have tried to find one here in Florida who will groom my dogs right the first time, One of my Aunt's pet peeves is this, if you make a appointment then stick to it. If she tells you please be on time to pick up your dog do so. If you can't make it the appointment, give her ample time and let her know. She is a very busy woman and can't wait around all day for you to show up late. So the previous review is invalid on her service. It was her fault that she failed to show up, so you decide to give her a bad review due to your mistake. Also a lot of groomers has answer machines, it may take a day for her to get back to you, have patience.“
