“Great place! The staff was great when we dropped off. I feel that the dogs were well cared for during their stay. They even made a paw print craft which was a nice added touch. My only concern would be the employee who was working the front at pick up. She was kind of rude and kind of acted like we were bothering her by asking how our dogs did during their stay. No warm fuzzy feeling from her and only one word answers to any questions we had. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it made our experience a little less enjoyable.“
“I took my cats Boots for grooming here and we are very happy! She is a very timid cat, and we were concerned that she would not cooperate enough for grooming. She has long hair and she was having issues keeping her bottom clean. Jael did a great job!! She worked us in very quickly. Boots received a sanitary trim and bath and blowout, and she’s acting like a whole new cat!“
