I desperately needed my carpet cleaned prior to getting my furniture delivered. Who wants brand new furniture on a filthy floor? So they have an emergency line, and you have to pay a little more, but they'll be to you in a couple hours or less. I only needed the one room done and he cleaned it in less than 45 minutes.
