“Nothing new to see here. As always everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. At 77 I do not know the ins and outs of what is stylish and new but the staff was patient and walked me through all of the steps. Highly recommended.
I wrote this last year and yesterday was the same. I updated my age but the rest is unchanged. Excellent service.“

“Our first time here. Very nice office. Checking in was a breeze, very nice and welcoming. Very clean office. Tech was very nice, clean, she explained everything, wiped everything down prior to me using the equipment. Dr. Jaime Boyd, she was super nice, made you feel very comfortable, got to know you, great personality, listened to what you had to say, went over exam results to were you understood what she was talking about. Great experience. Tech that helped pick out your frames to checking out both were super sweet, nice, very helpful. Will diffently be going back to Dr. Boyd, I would recommend anyone to her. “Heritage Eye Care Institute is amazing! All of the staff are very helpful and caring. The receptionist even helped me get my boyfriend in the office and out of the office because he was still groggy from the anesthesia.

My boyfriend had surgery on his hand and after he woke up from the surgery he complained of eye pain in his left eye. After talking with the doctor, he said go see an ophthalmologist. So I called my trusted ophthalmologist and they were able to get my boyfriend in right away. Dr Luu told my boyfriend that his eyes were not taped all the way during his 2 hour surgery which made his eye in that area very dry. She said it looked like a razor cut.
