“We wanted to work with a small business. Mike, the owner, came to our initial appointment with lots of questions and suggestions to help us pick the right carpet. He had many, many samples. We selected one, but wanted a larger sample. After a week or so, the larger sample arrived. Glad we got it, because it did not work. Mike returned and brought more samples. We picked another carpet and ordered it. The price was less than a quote from a big box store. He said it should come in 3-4 weeks which was fine. The eventual delivery/install was twice that, but then I had to cancel due to an emergency. It was finally installed. Installers did good job. The crew forgot the vacuum, but offered to use mine. I did it myself, because they agreed to fix/stretch another carpet in another room for a cash tip. That was worth it for me. Pretty convenient to shop in your home.“
