just walked past 915 Haywood Road in West Asheville where two of your crew were blowing massive amounts of leaves and dirt off the sidewalk into the street and into oncoming traffic. I stopped and spoke with the young men doing the work and they indicated they were instructed to do this by their boss. Is this how your company chooses to handle compostable materials, by blowing them into public streets to clog drains? Isn't this a code violation in Asheville and shouldn't your crews be educated on appropriate disposable methods? ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️I
