I have had the kind of excellent service anyone could hope for from the front office staff, management, loaders in the yard and drivers bringing me concrete.When I have product questions they answer them without being condescending. When drivers arrive with concrete I haven't had one time where it didn't feel like we were actually working together.The 5 star rating is without any reservation.
We were so lucky to have Victor and his team recommended to us by our trusted realtor. She told us that they are her company's top recommendation, and we understand why. They did a wide variety of jobs for us, the biggest of which was finishing half of our basement. We were living out of state during their work, which made planning and execution a bit more difficult since we weren't there in person to answer questions, but they did an excellent job working with us from a distance and their attention to detail shows in the finished work. When we were moving in, they also patiently worked around our schedule even though it probably inconvenienced them. Victor is a great guy, talented but humble, and really cares about the work. You'll be in good hands if you hire him.

We’ve used Travis Reece before and the work has always been professional and well-priced. This time was no exception. When cleaning the fireplace he found a couple of spots that needed repair. He couldn’t do the work that day because of his schedule but emailed the next day to say he could squeeze the job in on Friday. And so he did. Extremely nice people, very respectful and wonderful work, I had a 2003 Tacoma and they did a wonderful job. There were bubbles for maybe 1-2 days but that’s normal and they went away very fast I was able to roll my windows down 2 days after. Great work!!

Dr. Long has a great touch and she took the time to massage and soften the area that was in pain before she made the very successful adjustment. Too many chiropractors just 'get down to business' and don't have empathy with those of us that come to them in pain. I would definitely use her again.

This flooring company is top-notch. Josh and Dan are superior! They were very accommodating on putting in my new floor. They were helpful and kind and just downright good people. The installers, who were brothers, couldn’t have been any more helpful. They moved all of our furniture into the garage and then moved it back when they were done. They also were outright amazing the whole two days. Not only did they have to rip up an eight month old manufactured hardwood floor they also had to put a new one down the next day. And all of my concerns were addressed on the day installation and even afterwards. If you are on the fence, make the choice and go with Wright’s…..one happy customer here!

The team at Newcomb are the best in the business. Professional, timely, knowledgeable and reasonable. We recently had three massive trees come down in our yard from the neighbors property across the street. I called them thinking it would be a few days before they could get out and give an estimate. They had it all cleaned up THAT DAY! I’ve used them several times and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Not only did they give me a competitive price on installation of a whole house filtration system they went above and beyond and the installers Glenn and his brother Bobby did a great job exceeding my expectations! Absolutely a 5 star business. I contacted Jays Roofing and had an estimator on my roof a few days later. Their price was better than the other two companies we contacted so I asked for reference's. 3 were given and all had nothing but high praises so we hired Jay's Roofing. I think from the time of contract signature to roof complete was with in a couple of weeks. The crew came out before sunrise on the day promised and stayed until after sundown to mostly complete the job. They showed up the next morning to finish some odds and ends and finish clean up. They were very thorough and I didn't find but a few nails they missed. There was one item that wasn't tended to and I hadn't noticed but Jeff contacted me and said he would take care of that as well and he did as promised. Needless to say I recommend Jay's Roofing for your needs.
Ordered some stone from Hipps Stone in Swannanoa. Chad Goodman was the driver that delivered the stone. He is awesome and did a great job. He was timely, friendly, professional and wow can he work that truck. He was able to spread the stone over the entire area that i wanted the stone to cover. Great job Chad and Hipps Stone. I needed an arraignment for my sister's birthday. The flowers were delivered same day and they were beautiful. She also received two additional arraignments from other friends, also from the Asheville Florist. All were carefully delivered and really looked nice. I highly recommend this florist.
Boarded my baby Charlie at Top Dog for the first time mid February. When I picked him up I learned he was a fence jumper. They managed to keep him safe the whole time and this was the first time he boarded where he did not get sick from his anxiety. I was told he ate after 2 days which is incredible, I have boarded him in the past at another place and he had come home skinnier, and had explosive diarrhea for a week. He came home this time tired but not anxious or trembling and no sickness. I will be using Top Dog 2 x in the next 2 months.(photo on the day after he got home).
