I brought a high-end laptop in that wasn't booting properly. I had tried everything, pretty sure I had a $3k paperweight , I was very impressed and extremely relieved when he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. If I ever need anything in the future, Wayne will be the only person I call, and the person I'll recommend to family or friends. Thanks again, Wayne, you rock!

Lifesaver! Wayne from Heartware rescued me from disaster when my computer died on vacation and i needed it immediately for work. He was prompt, thorough, understood my situation and went beyond the call of duty to help me. I will definitely use Heartware again and will make referrals without hesitation. I broke my screen on my laptop and he had it done within the week for an amazing price. Really can’t beat the service he provides and attention to customers. I’ve had my laptop fixed at other places and the price, time, and service does not compare.If you need any assistance this is the place!
