“Joe Hallock, the owner, was the only one that responded to my request on Yelp for a quote. Joe was always very professional and pleasant. His quote was competitive with others I had obtained from companies out of Charlotte. He communicated his schedule up front and was always on time. One thing that separated Joe from the others is that he was willing to move furniture before and after the floors were refinished. He offered a complete "turn-key" solution to my flooring problems. Joe and his team did an excellent job of replacing a few damaged boards and then refinishing the entire area. He kept to his original schedule and kept me informed of any changes. The final bill came in a little less than the quote because time spent moving furniture was less than expected and a few other items on the original quote ended not being needed. They took good care to drape off the rest of the house in order to minimize the spread of dust. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and would highly recommend New Earth Flooring. I will use them again for my floor refinishing needs.“
