I've dealt with a lot of roofers, being in the real estate business, and Balken prevails as the best. No wonder they have so many 5-star reviews! I hired Balken to replace my own roof and I am so glad I did. They take your old roof off down to the bare wood, not just to the underlayment. That way you know there's no rotten or missing wood underneath the underlayment! Very important. I will only work with Balken from now on. They're the best in the business!

Chad Balkan presented a very clear and detailed bid for reroofing our 74 year old house. Hector, the crew chief, and his team were exceptional and were able to work around our copper Gutter Guard system, 2 runs of awning and replacing 5 skylights. My wife and I recommend Balkan Roofing without hesitation.
