Met Lee and his team while I was working with clients. Lee was immediately responsive and got out to address our concerns almost immediately. Was able to diagnose and support us with a solution and some great preventative maintenance. I was so impressed that I called and had the team out to take a look at our units in our personal home and same thing, immediately responsive, and diagnosed a defective part (that no other service had identified for us despite numerous service calls) on one of our units and is able to handle the warranty and replacement work. 5 out of 5 would recommend and happy to have found such a great company!
Gideon Heating and Air Conditioning was able to fit me into their already very busy holiday schedule. Eric and Sean were amazing as they both worked at repairing our AC and afterwards explained what our problem head been and offered suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future.

I had Mallory as my hair stylist on Thursday. She is brilliant when it comes to coloring hair! I would categorize her as a Master colorist! Mallory is also wonderful about listening to the client . I’ve been going to Ken for a couple years and have always been happy with the results. Ken is a talented massage therapist, with a unique ability to always identify those problem areas. He ensures that the client is comfortable during the session and communicates to verify satisfaction. I have a crazy work schedule and often look to book last minute and he does whatever he can to get me in. I definitely plan to continue seeing Ken for my future massages.

I am here WAY too often thanks to my accident-prone boy, but not once has the staff made me feel like a burden. We can joke and laugh in the waiting area while waiting for an appointment, and they are always incredibly understanding. I wouldn’t consider any of my animals “easy”. My cats want to kill everyone, my malinois acts like he’s never been trained a day in his life, yet the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It took me a very long time to find a vet hospital I liked: I worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years so my standards for qualify of care are quite high. Surf City Pet Hospital exceeds this expectations for me. I’d happily pay a little more for their quality and service. Their prices are fair, and they aren’t “pushing products” or making “money grabs”. There is always a reason a vet will recommend diagnostics, and it’s our job as a pet owner to listen to those recommendations and do what we can for our pets. I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else ❤️

I had been in real estate and worked for a custom builder for 16 years when I lived in Florida. So when my husband and I were looking to build a house on Topsail Island I knew what I was looking at when I walked through various builder's houses. I was so impressed by Billy's finished product from Beachside Custom Homes. I was also able to observe interactions with Billy and previous client. The level of respect and kindness for one another was impressive; especially when you are talking about a year long project with one another.We have been in the house now for a year and half. I have been coming to Ama Spa for over 2 years. The quality of the services is top-notch! I travel a lot and use spas in US and Europe. Ama is one of the best. Rebecca and Brandon are great. Also, Ama is the only spa in the area ( that I know of) with a proper Finnish sauna.

Absolutely love this salon! Got my hair colored for the first time back in September 23; was super nervous and my stylist made me super comfortable and made me a repeat customer. The customer service is top notch and your hair will look and leave feeling amazing! Carley is my girl and I can’t imagine someone else ever touching my hair ever again! For reference, I had the same stylist for over decade and am very particular about my hair. Would recommend this salon and Carley to anyone in the area looking to spice up their beach girl hair!
