I had been in real estate and worked for a custom builder for 16 years when I lived in Florida. So when my husband and I were looking to build a house on Topsail Island I knew what I was looking at when I walked through various builder's houses. I was so impressed by Billy's finished product from Beachside Custom Homes. I was also able to observe interactions with Billy and previous client. The level of respect and kindness for one another was impressive; especially when you are talking about a year long project with one another.We have been in the house now for a year and half. Beachside built for us the most beautiful home we could have ever asked for. Their work is impeccable! Every part of our home was built with care and expertise, using excellent building materials. Billy and his team at Beachside was excellent to work with during our build in Surf City. It was a challenging time with supply shortages and he did his best to keep us updated on the timeline and keep our home within budget even with the escalating prices. I would certainly work with Billy again.
