Josh is communicative and always tries to reach out to the client before the inspection and let the client know ahead what to expect. He spends hours at the property for his inspection. Looking at his 50+ pages (or longer) report, he catches big and small things, from major foundation problems to minor wall damages. He makes sure his clients are fully informed of the condition of the property. Josh has a construction background and he knows what to watch for when he inspects a property. When he suspects something, he gets to the bottom of the issue as much as he can. After the inspection, he spent a long time speaking to the client on-site and/or over the phone to explain the findings and provide professional advice.
