In July 2021 we signed a contract with a quality local builder for a new construction house in Fuquay-Varina. With the assistance of our buyer’s agent (Chris Morton of Morton Bradbury RE Group) we found Joshua Adkins of CYA Home Inspections, LLC. Because of a previous costly, negative home purchase experience with a national builder in Virginia, we knew we needed the services of a good home inspector.
