Great communication. Been using Pool Pros for 2 years and week-in-and-week out they do an excellent job managing our pool. They attend to our equipment and are very helpful whenever we have a problem. Most recently, we had a substantial mud slide into our pool and Craig and team had the entire mess cleaned up (over a weekend) within 48 hours. They do excellent work and Craig is very responsive.
We came home from a trip and found that our pump was not working. I sent an email that Saturday describing the issue and got a response from Craig immediately. Craig came out on Monday and diagnosed the issue as a bad timer switch. Craig gave us a quote on the repair and scheduled it for Friday, but was able to get us backup and running on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
