Lady at this store was super nice. Waited for us to get there for pool steps at closing. And had everything ready for us just to pay. Will do business at this store again just because of how nice and helpful she was

I routinely get my pool water tested and purchase all of my chemicals from Lake Norman Pool and Spas. The customer service is always awesome! Their prices are reasonable and they always help to educate me on everything I have ever needed help with when it comes to maintaining my pool. I make the trip from Cornelius and it is well worth it!!!

I am a first time pool owner. The service and support I get at the Denver store has been outstanding. They provide free accurate test reports on your pool water quality while you wait - and then patiently review the results with you and recommend the proper type and amount of chemicals. My salt water pool is crytal clear - year round! A good place to do business with for great results.
