Early last week i finally got my pool finished and i do appreciate that Chapman Wilson took care of everything they needed to do!
Im changing my review to 5 stars because they deserve it, they took feedback on the good way and took care of everything for me.

I do appreciate that they take care of the customer and if something is not right they will take action to make the customer happy, thats what is important.
I would definitely recommend them and hire them for other jobs.

My experience with Chapman Wilson was decent.
I want to start giving a shoutout to Chris from service, he is a 5 starts and he really made my orientation to go smooth and clear, and he knows what he is doing, also he made me feel comfortable on asking questions as this is my 1st in-ground pool.

Overall the team was very communicative on when things were to happen and how the process was going, unfortunately my pool got delayed over 1 month of the expected time and we miss the summer and the long weekends due to a tropical storm and all their contractors got delayed and some times it was frustrating see days without anybody working on it or no progress at all. This was a bummer but we had to accept it.

Prices were Average/High and the truth is there is no cheap pools at all.
At the end of the day the wait and price was worth it because the pool looks amazing in our backyard.“

The windows were ordered and installed in a swift time, considering all the rain the company had to work around from effects of a nearby hurricane. “Was in a pinch needed a cracked window in my home repaired to close on selling it. Called explained my issue, they got a quote to me same day and someone out the next day to measure and replace the glass. Everyone I spoke with/came in contact with was extremely pleasant and kind.“

“Don in appliances was amazing today. We moved from Minnesota to the area and needed a Fridge and washer and dryer. Luckily Don was the one available to help us and he is VERY knowledgeable. I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! I had 2 narrowed down and we'd be at one and he'd be telling me how this one was different etc. he was so polite, so knowledgeable and friendly. He got our fridge, washer and dryer ordered and it would be delivered in 12 days which we thought was great. EVERYONE of my questions I had asked he knew right away. Even gave us a few tips. Would HIGHLY recommend Don in the appliance area. We will be back if we ever need more house appliances. And wow we got some amazing deals!!“
