“Updated Review 9/13:<br><br>Early last week i finally got my pool finished and i do appreciate that Chapman Wilson took care of everything they needed to do!<br>Im changing my review to 5 stars because they deserve it, they took feedback on the good way and took care of everything for me.<br><br>I do appreciate that they take care of the customer and if something is not right they will take action to make the customer happy, thats what is important.<br>I would definitely recommend them and hire them for other jobs.<br><br>Thank you for caring about the person and no just the business!<br><br>My experience with Chapman Wilson was decent.<br>I want to start giving a shoutout to Chris from service, he is a 5 starts and he really made my orientation to go smooth and clear, and he knows what he is doing, also he made me feel comfortable on asking questions as this is my 1st in-ground pool.<br><br>Overall the team was very communicative on when things were to happen and how the process was going, unfortunately my pool got delayed over 1 month of the expected time and we miss the summer and the long weekends due to a tropical storm and all their contractors got delayed and some times it was frustrating see days without anybody working on it or no progress at all. This was a bummer but we had to accept it.<br><br>Prices were Average/High and the truth is there is no cheap pools at all.<br>At the end of the day the wait and price was worth it because the pool looks amazing in our backyard.“
