“We had CR&VS replace our old cement board with gorgeous vinyl Board & Batten. When I first spoke to Braeden about this project, I found him to be professional, courteous and very helpful by answering all our questions with great explanations, so we understood the details. He gave us total respect with his time and answers. I never felt I was getting a "pitch." He stood by us through the entire project by frequently giving us a call and was always available when I had a question. I never worried about the project as the crew was wonderful and I felt they certainly knew their craft. As Project Manager, Braeden was on site several times to see how it was all going. CR&VS also replaced all the wood trim around my windows with PVC. This included a great deal of decorative trim around my front windows. Any issues that arose were taken seriously and completed without question. Braeden ensured our complete & total satisfaction as well as peace of mind that the work was done correctly. With Braeden, it was never a no, but it was, "Let's see what we can do to make it work." When I am ready to replace windows, I will certainly call on Braeden with CR&VS.
