Moved down here from NYC and was freaking out about losing my studio and literally stumbled into this gem. Every teacher I have had has been amazing. One warning, if you haven't been in a while you might want to avoid a 75 min, hot flow with Sammi as your first dip back in the water. By far the best and toughest hot yoga class on the planet.
