“I had to board my cat while I left state for the holidays. I had never had to board her before and of course I was very worried about how she would do. The girls that were working were so kind, I got a daily report card detailing my pet’s behavior & eating habits, there were even multiple photos attached! Even my random calls to check in throughout my time away were answered with care & love! They took such great care of my cat Wednesday, she was very skittish and overwhelmed for the first few days but the girls that were working showed her the kindness and love that she needed in order to get comfortable in such a strange place. Wednesday ended up having the best time and got so much love and attention while I was away. I will without a doubt be using Pawville for any of my future boarding needs. I was even sent home with a cute little Christmas goodie bag when I picked her up! I cannot recommend this place enough and it was worth every single penny for mine and my pets peace of mind.“
