My dog gets groomed, boarded and attends daycare at Pawville. Such convenience not to have to take him to a separate place for grooming! I love the staff - they’re like my second family. They love my Nugget as much as I do (probably even spoil him more! Lol) Northshore Pawville out of Sneads Ferry is Nugget’s home away from home!

I had to board my cat while I left state for the holidays. I had never had to board her before and of course I was very worried about how she would do. The girls that were working were so kind, I got a daily report card detailing my pet’s behavior & eating habits, there were even multiple photos attached! Even my random calls to check in throughout my time away were answered with care & love! They took such great care of my cat Wednesday, she was very skittish and overwhelmed for the first few days but the girls that were working showed her the kindness and love that she needed in order to get comfortable in such a strange place. I’ve been taking my dogs to Pawville for over a year. We, being a military family, move often, and this is by far the best dog daycare my dogs have been to. The staff are so welcoming and make us feel like family. They know the dogs by name and I am so comforted knowing that they are in good hands when I drop them off. Not only that, but the photos they take throughout the stay are amazing! I couldn’t recommend the customer service, dog, and human experience here enough!
